Rotor

There is a closed pressure screen in the pulping equipment. The rotor in the closed pressure screen is generally wedge-shaped and arranged in the circumferential direction of the cylinder in a certain order. The positive pressure pulse and negative pressure pulse will be generated on the screen drum surface, which makes the good pulp pass through the screen gap (hole), and the coarse impurities are screened out. The negative pressure pulse makes the moisture in the good pulp side return to the sieve drum, which plays a cleaning role on the screen drum, and can prevent impurities and fiber from forming flocs to block the screen gap (hole).
