• A variety range of Profile Wires: width 7-10mm, height 20-25mm

Applications:

• For use in the top separators of digesters and of the presoaking vessel during the continuous digester.

Features:

• Extreme hardness in profile wires and high resistance more durable and longer lasting.

• Special design in fixtures ensures the circularity tolerances≤0.8mm and the cylindricity deviation≤1.5mm, accurate fit keeps a very small gap between the cylinder and the screpress which guarantees the screen's self-cleaning and avoids from clogging.

• We also provides the screening plates of extraction filtering belts used in the middle or bottom of digester.
